Echocardiogram (Echo)
What It Checks: Uses ultrasound to visualise heart structures, valve movement, and blood flow.

Duration: 30-45 minutes.
Results Ready: Within 24-48 hours.
Treadmill Stress Test (TMT)
What It Checks: Assesses how the heart responds to exertion. Helps uncover hidden coronary artery disease or exercise-induced symptoms.
Preparation: Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Avoid caffeine.
